- •All property transactions must comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations
- •Commission fees are disclosed upfront and agreed upon before engagement
- •We are not responsible for third-party developer delays or changes
User Responsibilities
- •You must conduct your own due diligence on properties and investments
- •Verify all property details, ownership, and legal status independently
- •Obtain independent legal and financial advice before transactions
- •Ensure you have the financial capacity for property purchases
- •Comply with all UAE and Dubai laws regarding property ownership
- •Provide accurate documentation for property registration and transfers
Limitations of Liability
- •We provide information and advisory services in good faith
- •We are not liable for market fluctuations or property value changes
- •Not responsible for developer construction delays or quality issues
- •We do not guarantee investment returns or property appreciation
- •Our liability is limited to the commission fees paid for our services
- •We are not liable for third-party actions, including developers and contractors
Payment & Refund Policy
- •Commission fees are payable upon successful transaction completion
- •Booking fees and deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed
- •Payment schedules follow Dubai Land Department and developer requirements
- •All payments must be made through official channels and documented
- •Refunds are subject to developer policies and DLD regulations
- •Additional fees may apply for specialized services and consultations
Intellectual Property
- •All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws
- •Property images and descriptions are owned by respective developers or Seek & Settle
- •You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission
- •Our brand name, logo, and materials are proprietary
- •Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action
- •Client testimonials and case studies are used with explicit permission
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We encourage amicable resolution of disputes through mediation before pursuing legal action.
